Try to have your last meal of the day around 9hrs after lunch, before your enzymes loose their peak activity. After dinner, as a dessert try for example Quark yogurt with blueberries and blackberries. Sprinkle Flaxseed meal over and enjoy. Very healthy and delicious.

As your prepare to wind down and get to bed , avoid social media, and instead read a book and remember it is best to sleep in complete darkness to obtain the best recovery during sleep.
